Absolutely delicious food at Charcoal Eats Katy! The butter chicken and Afghani paneer were packed with flavor — both are a must-try. Don’t miss out on their butter tandoori roti and garlic naan, which were crispy, fresh, and perfect with the curries.

A special shoutout to the chef, who personally checked on our order and made sure everything was just right — such a thoughtful touch. Great service and authentic taste. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious diamond star chef in a hidden gem. Made to order fresh. Fantastic - authentic from India spices and techniques. Flavors of Delhi - ordered chaat, paneer entrees, and appetizers. Chef advised veg and meats cooked separately with from utensils to cookware.

We loved eating at Charcoal Eats! Kathal korma, paneer biriyani, paneer wrap, chole bhature, mango lassi etc all these dishes were delicious! My kids wanted to thank the chef 🧑‍🍳 Abdullah for making such delicious dishes, specially paneer, it’s so soft! According to them this the best paneer they have ever had in Houston! ☺️
